Hello Friends.
Wireless Router Expert Welcomes You.
If your Reading this article it means you are facing some Problem with your Wireless router and you want to change your router's password and settings.
I will not waste your precious time lets come to the topic.

Friends, If your Wireless Router is not secure or poorly secured then you have put your information at risk. Keep your router safe from the hackers by changing the password in regular bases. It also keeps your neighbors from stealing your internet.

For changing your router password you have to follow below steps-

Step 1:- Open your Router's, Configuration Page:-

For changing the password of your router you'll need to open your router's configuration page.
Now the question occurs How to open Router's Configuration page?
It's simple my friends. You have to open your web browser on your connected laptop and put the IP address of your router in the search bar and run it.
If you are not aware of your router's IP don't worry because every Router company uses normally the same IP Address for their Routers.
I m providing you a list of IP addresses for different Companies.

Apple - 10.0.1.1
ASUS - 192.168.1.1
Belkin - 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.2.1
DLink - 192.168.0.1 or 10.0.0.1
Linksys - 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1
Netgear - 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.0.227

If none of the above addresses grant you access to the configuration page, open the Command Prompt by pressing the Windows key + R and entering cmd. Once the Command Prompt opens, type "ipconfig"  and press Enter. Look for your active connection in the list and find the Default Gateway address. This is typically your router address.

Step 2:- Enter your Router's Username and Password:-

Every router will need a username and password before accessing the main setting page. If you never changed this when you first configured the router than the username is "admin" and the password is "admin" or "password".  Sometimes this varies from model to model, so you should search your model online to see your exact login info.

Step 3:- Open the Wireless Section:-

After Logged into your router, look for the something like "Wireless Section" or "Wireless Setting/Setup" or "Wireless Security Page" on the configure page.

Step 4:- Change the Password:-

Look for the box labeled "Password". Enter your new password into this box. Some Router will ask you for re-entering the password to ensure that you entered it correctly. in case if you had a setup the password then you must reset the router to retrieve a different password or login the router dashboard for the password.

Tips For the Password:-

- A strong password should be at least 8 characters long.
- Use a combination of number, alphabet and special characters such as "!", "$" and "#"
